About the role
The GTM StratOps team connects commercial strategy with execution. This role owns significant cross-functional initiatives, runs the operating cadence, diagnoses the GTM motion, contributes to AI-enabled workflows, and produces analytical inputs that shape planning.
Responsibilities
- Owning significant cross-functional initiatives, from identifying the strategic gap through delivering the outcome.
- Running the operating cadence (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs) with rigor, owning OKR tracking, identifying when KRs are stuck, and holding partners accountable with data.
- Diagnosing the GTM motion, spotting trends in business data, following threads to root cause, and surfacing opportunities.
- Contributing to AI-enabled workflows, bringing personal AI fluency to bear on team-level problems.
- Producing analytical inputs that shape planning, bringing a point of view, not just options.
Requirements
- 5–8 years in Strategy, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Consulting, or a Commercial Leadership role.
- Experience in ad tech, performance advertising, or B2B SaaS is a plus.
- Experience in a high-growth or startup environment where you had to build process without a playbook and stay effective in ambiguity.
- Experience contributing to an AI workflow that others on your team adopted, not just one you use yourself.
Qualifications
- Personal AI fluency and ability to identify repetitive processes and automate them.
- Experience running or contributing to WBRs, MBRs, or QBRs.
- Ability to diagnose the GTM motion and spot trends in business data.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to produce actionable insights.
- Experience in a role where you owned initiatives end-to-end and drove them to completion.
- Experience in a role where you read the GTM motion and knew what healthy pipeline generation, deal progression, and seller productivity looked like.
- Experience in a role where you made the people around you better through intellectual honesty, composure, and a commitment to team success.

- Region A: $152,000 - $209,760 USD
- Region B: $136,800 - $188,784 USD
- Region C: $129,200 - $178,296 USD
