Sr. Manager, Service Operations (Remote Eligible - US)
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Manager, Service Operations (Remote Eligible - US) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead key service operations functions that support the company’s quote-to-revenue process, with a strong focus on invoicing, revenue reporting, and operational execution. The position partners closely with sales, IT/Systems, and process improvement teams to strengthen standards, improve workflows, and support scalable customer engagement. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of operational leadership, systems fluency, and the ability to turn complex processes into clear, actionable practices.

Responsibilities
- Support the transformation of the quote-to-revenue operations framework
- Lead a team managing daily operations processes such as invoicing and revenue reporting
- Collaborate with the operations excellence team on ongoing process improvements
- Establish business process standards for customer engagement
- Identify operational issues and propose workflow enhancements
- Partner with sales teams to refine services scoping and SOW development
- Provide insights for resource capacity and forecast demand reporting
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in finance or operations roles within SaaS organizations
- Hands-on experience with PSA tools and ERP systems like NetSuite
- Deep understanding of professional services best practices and process optimization
- Strong collaborative skills with IT/Systems teams for implementing changes
- Exceptional ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments and skilled at facilitating change
- Self-directed, curious, and able to delegate effectively

Pay
$135,000 – $172,500 annually
