Sr Manager SAP Ariba Configuration & Business Analyst (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Manager SAP Ariba Configuration & Business Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will lead procurement technology configuration and business analysis efforts within a complex aerospace and defense environment. The position will partner closely with procurement, supply chain, IT, and business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable system solutions. You will also help drive process improvements, support integrations with ERP systems, and resolve issues that affect day-to-day procurement operations. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $132,400 – $251,600 annually Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to document procurement and supply chain processes Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for procurement technology solutions Conduct gap analysis for process improvements and system upgrades Perform configuration of procurement and supplier management modules Partner with teams to implement new features and integrations Troubleshoot integration issues between procurement systems and ERP systems Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for procurement system incidents Qualifications University degree with 10 years of experience, or an advanced degree with 7 years of experience, or 14 years of relevant experience without a degree Hands-on experience with procurement system configuration, integration, and troubleshooting Experience with cross-functional collaboration to meet project goals Familiarity with SAP ERP systems, including SAP S/4HANA, and integration tools Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Three weeks of vacation for new employees Generous 401(k) with employer matching and contributions Tuition reimbursement and student loan repayment programs Life insurance and disability coverage options Various optional coverages including pet, home, and auto insurance Parental leave benefits and adoption assistance available Healthy You wellness incentives and programs Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
