For our client, we are seeking a Sr Manager Business Performance & Digital Enablement - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead business performance and digital enablement efforts that improve operating effectiveness across Medical Affairs and evidence generation functions. The position will partner closely with stakeholders to strengthen governance, reporting, technology adoption, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. It will also drive continuous improvement in how people, processes, systems, and information work together to support strategic priorities. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $158,255 – $214,110 annually Responsibilities Translate capability strategy into operating models and business processes Manage governance and performance measures to support informed decision-making Drive continuous improvement across people, processes, technology, and data Serve as the business owner for the company's platform and other technologies Oversee delivery of technology enhancements aligned with strategic priorities Define the data strategy and business reporting framework Lead stakeholder engagement and adoption of technology-enabled capabilities Qualifications Doctorate plus 2 years, or Master's plus 6 years, or Bachelor's plus 8 years, or Associate's plus 10 years, or High School diploma plus 12 years of relevant experience in business performance and digital enablement Minimum 2 years of direct management or leadership experience in teams, projects, or resource allocation Advanced degree in Business, Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred 8+ years of experience in business operations or digital enablement within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare sectors preferred Strong understanding of Medical Affairs, evidence generation, and the healthcare ecosystem Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Retirement and savings plan with generous company contributions Discretionary annual bonus program and long-term stock incentives Award-winning time-off plans and bi-annual company shutdowns Flexible work models including remote and hybrid work options Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
