Job Description As a Senior Sales Manager here at Honeywell, you will have a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and managing a team of sales representatives. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and providing strategic insights to senior management. Your expertise in sales, leadership, and strategic thinking will directly impact the company's sales performance and contribute to its overall business growth and market leadership. We are considering remote candidates located across the U.S in the Eastern, Central, Mountain, and Pacific time zones. In this role, you will impact the company significantly. By effectively leading and managing a team of sales representatives, you will drive revenue growth, contribute to the company's financial success, and strengthen customer relationships. Your ability to develop and implement sales strategies and provide strategic insights will position Honeywell as a leader in the industry and drive the company's growth and competitiveness in the market. Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targetsDevelop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotasBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutionsAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and supportProvide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and market leadership Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial roleProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growthStrong leadership and team management skills with the ability to develop and coach sales teams effectivelyExpertise in analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunitiesExperience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and supportFamiliarity with Honeywell Building Management Systems (BMS) and related technologies is highly desirable, especially with a focus on communication protocols, networking and cloud-based software applications.
