Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow business within the state through proactive sales and customer service.
- Manage and onboard 1099 sales reps, ensuring complete coverage of fire department accounts.
- Travel regularly within the state to engage with clients, attend meetings, and fire shows.
- Maintain strong relationships with fire department decision-makers, providing exceptional service.
- Utilize computer, social media, and web-based sales tools proficiently.
- Recruit, train, and supervise personnel to meet sales and service objectives.
- Adapt quickly to changing company needs and market conditions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Firefighter background with knowledge of fire department and EMS needs.
- Strong managerial, communication, and people skills.
- Experience with onboarding and managing independent sales reps.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PPT, and social media platforms.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and independently.
- Living within the assigned state is preferred.
