Sr Manager SAP Transportation Management (Remote)

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency within the Aerospace & Defense industry.

Responsibilities

• Design and support SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions for logistics optimization
• Lead the functional design and implementation of SAP TM solutions
• Gather and translate business requirements into SAP system solutions
• Configure transportation planning, execution, charge management, and freight settlement processes
• Integrate SAP TM with EWM, ERP, and external systems
• Support end-to-end testing, user training, and post-go-live activities
• Manage troubleshooting and recommend continuous process improvements

Qualifications

• University Degree and minimum 10 years relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience, or 14 years of relevant experience in absence of a degree
• Hands-on experience as an SAP TM Functional Consultant with implementation and support
• Proficiency in SAP S4 HANA and TM configuration, with experience in integration of EWM, SD, MM, and LE
• Strong experience with S/4HANA TM, either embedded or standalone

Pay

$132,400 – $251,600 annually
