Sr. Manager SAP Property Management Transformation (Remote)

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track in an Aerospace & Defense environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead expert for government property management in SAP S/4HANA transformation
• Translate regulatory requirements into business processes and system controls
• Define processes for the entire government property lifecycle
• Integrate property requirements with supply chain and finance functions
• Communicate project risks and impacts to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Lead collaborations with property organizations to identify and resolve process gaps
• Design testing scenarios and lead functional testing and validations

Qualifications

• University degree with 10 years relevant experience or advanced degree with 7 years experience; or 14 years experience in absence of degree
• Experience managing government property in defense, aerospace, or regulated environments
• Knowledge of FAR and DFAR requirements and government property management controls
• Background in ERP system implementations or large-scale business transformations
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Cognitus, or equivalent asset management systems

Pay

$132,400 – $251,600 annually
