About the role

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze EHR workflow efforts to enhance deployment and efficacy
• Support data analysis for strategic decision-making in transformation projects
• Build and manage project plans and coordinate cross-team communications
• Serve as a key partner for business intelligence and field teams
• Contribute to broader transformation efforts aligned with company mission

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Healthcare, or related field
• 5+ years of experience, or 3+ years plus a relevant graduate degree, preferably in healthcare consulting
• Familiarity with a range of AI applications for business use
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
• Experience in value-based care and population health preferred

Pay

$100,000 – $120,000 annually
