Sr. Manager, RevOps Reporting & Analytics (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to analyze and interpret complex sales data to inform decisions
• Conduct market research to align sales strategies with customer needs
• Develop and maintain dashboards for sales performance and metrics tracking
• Leverage AI and automation to enhance lead scoring and customer insights
• Support the sales team in improving collaboration on account strategies
• Detail operational processes and reporting methodologies with analytics teams
• Ensure data quality and consistency for accurate sales reporting and insights
• Deliver actionable insights through data-driven analysis and compelling narratives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, data analysis, or related field
• 8+ years in sales analysis, business intelligence, or a related role
• Proficiency in Excel, CRM platforms, Gong, SQL, and PBI
• Strong ability to interpret and analyze complex data
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms
• Excellent data storytelling and communication skills
• Problem-solving aptitude and strong time management for multiple projects
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
