What You'll Do
- Lead the planning, testing, and evaluation of new products, defining operating standards and procedures.
- Create recommendations based on product feasibility, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Create tools and metrics to support the flawless execution of brand initiatives, tracking key performance indicators to evaluate operational success.
- Identify, test, and implement process or system enhancements that streamline operations, boost efficiency, and support profitability.
- Oversee core business categories (e.g., Breakfast, Beverages, Lunch) and ensure compliance with established brand standards.
- Manage the brand operations manual, ensuring alignment across all platforms and standardized materials.
- Collaborate with field operations and other departments to ensure timely and effective implementation of brand initiatives.
- Develop risk mitigation plans and execute them to prevent bottlenecks and disruptions during national launches and promotional events.
- Lead the communication of any ad-hoc changes, ensuring clarity and consistency across all levels of the organization.
- Work closely with external stakeholders (franchisees and vendors) and internal partners (Operations, Marketing, Training) to facilitate seamless execution.
- Influence key stakeholders by presenting clear, data-driven insights and recommendations, driving alignment on operational goals.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for escalations related to brand standards compliance, working to uphold operational excellence.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify root causes of performance gaps and develop strategies to address them.
- Leverage RBI’s Problem-Solving Methodology and apply analytical insights to improve Profit and Loss (P&L) and Return on Investment (ROI) metrics.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance restaurant management tools, processes, and training programs.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in large-scale restaurant operations, with a solid understanding of the QSR industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with familiarity in data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and create actionable plans to address operational issues and improve performance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams and franchise partners.
- Skilled in applying the “Plan, Do, Check, Act” methodology for problem-solving, focusing on root cause analysis and strategic solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to build relationships, collaborate effectively, and navigate large, matrixed organizations.
- Willingness to travel on an ad-hoc basis to support field operations, conduct training sessions, and implement brand standards.
