Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex consulting engagements for clients
• Drive project delivery and ensure client satisfaction
• Mentor and develop junior team members
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support business development and thought leadership initiatives
• Consistently demonstrate the Cognizant Way to Lead, including Personal Leadership, Organizational Leadership, and Business Leadership

Work Model

This role requires 4 days a week in a client office in Dallas, TX. Our hybrid work model supports a healthy work-life balance through various wellbeing programs.

Requirements

• 12+ years of consulting, professional services, digital strategy development, advisory, or transformation programs operating in a client-facing capacity
• Extensive experience working in the relevant industry segment
• Excellent customer-facing capabilities and an established track record for selling and delivering consulting engagements
• Personal leadership and a desire to create a culture that enables exceptional outcomes
• The embodiment of the Cognizant Way to Lead: Leading Self, Leading Others, & Leading the Business
• Preferred: MBA or Master’s or advanced business degree
