About the role

The Senior Manager, Product Marketing (Fintech) will lead the commercial story for Jobber's fintech offerings, driving revenue growth through marketing initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and fintech GTM operations, owning Marketing-influenced revenue for the fintech portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Product Marketers and Lifecycle Marketers focused on payments, consumer financing, lending, and new products.
  • Develop and own the end-to-end Fintech Marketing strategy, focusing on the highest-leverage opportunities and translating insights into actionable plans that balance customer value with Jobber's revenue goals.
  • Own the commercial number, setting the performance rhythm and owning key Fintech KPIs.
  • Champion commercial rigor and run tests across segments and metrics to identify revenue drivers, partnering with stakeholders to grow the winners.
  • Stay customer-first by contributing to qualitative and quantitative research and hunting down insights that inform positioning, messaging, and strategy.
  • Partner deeply cross-functionally with Fintech leadership, Product Management, Finance, and GTM teams to shape the roadmap, pricing, and promotional opportunities, grounded in customer needs and revenue impact.
  • Represent Product & Lifecycle Marketing as the Fintech Marketing subject-matter leader across the organization, collaborating with Product, Sales, Success, Risk Operations, Finance, and Analytics to deliver cohesive Fintech experiences.
  • Operate as a player/coach, owning overall strategy while rolling up your sleeves where the business needs it most.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or Growth Marketing with dedicated people leadership experience.
  • A strong track record of owning and scaling commercial outcomes, not just launch execution.
  • A strong understanding of financial services and payments business models in high-growth SaaS environments.
  • A proven ability to lead, motivate, influence, and navigate complex organizations with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, building trust quickly across functions.
  • The ability to self-direct in ambiguous environments, making recommendations with incomplete information, and taking action rather than getting stuck in analysis paralysis.
  • A business owner's mindset, naturally gravitating towards "what's the revenue impact?" rather than "what's the campaign plan."
  • A coaching mindset, developing people by giving them ownership and holding them accountable to outcomes.
  • AI fluency, comfortable using AI tools in your workflow and marketing AI-powered products, and having a point of view on how AI reshapes Fintech marketing.

Qualifications

  • Location: Open to US based candidates located in California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, New York, or Utah.
  • Compensation: Minimum annual salary ranges from $183,300 to $248,100, depending on location, with a focus on transparency and fairness.
