Sr. Manager – Product Management – Source to Pay Solutions (Hybrid)

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that work will regularly take place both inside and outside of a company office.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product Management Leader to drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in Coupa, Source-to-Pay processes, Product Management/Product Ownership, and Contract Lifecycle Management platforms, with a strong track record of leading Agile product teams and delivering business value through technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Procure-to-Pay and Contract Lifecycle Management capabilities.
  • Contribute to the development of the system strategy through partnership with business unit leaders, IT, and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment both inside and outside the organization through personal leadership efforts.
  • Manage a team responsible for design, configuration, reporting, testing, implementation, and upgrades of supported business systems.
  • Oversee efforts to troubleshoot and improve processes for end users.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog based on value delivered, end-user experience, risk mitigation, and organizational priorities.
  • Establish and monitor expectations to achieve company and department goals.
  • Manage the performance, training, and evaluation of assigned staff, maximizing group achievements by providing technical and professional development.
  • Lead change management efforts across the organization for business systems, including providing training and education for business users, managers, and associates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Information Technology or Business System management or specific systems to be supported
  • OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Information Technology or Business System management or specific systems to be supported

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Coupa
  • Experience in Source-to-Pay Process
  • Product Manager/Product Owner experience
  • Experience with contract management tools (Icertis or other)
  • Agile delivery method experience
