Sr. Manager - Product Management -Source to Pay Solutions

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy and multi-year roadmap for Procure-to-Pay and Contract Lifecycle Management capabilities.
• Contributes to the development of the system strategy through partnership with business unit leaders, IT, and other key stakeholders.
• Ensures alignment both inside and outside of the organization through personal leadership efforts.
• Manages a team responsible for design, configuration, reporting, testing, implementation and upgrades of their supported business system(s).
• Oversees efforts to troubleshoot and improve processes for end users.
• Owns and prioritizes the product backlog based on value delivered, end-user experience, risk mitigation and organizational priorities.
• Establishes and monitors expectations to achieve company and department goals.
• Manages the performance, training, and evaluation of assigned staff.
• Maximizes group achievements by providing technical and professional development.
• Led change management efforts across the organization for their business system.
• Provides appropriate training and education for business users, managers, and associates, as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Information Technology or Business System management or specific systems to be supported OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Information Technology or Business System management or specific systems to be supported.
• Experience with business system to be supported.
• Experience in Coupa.
• Experience in Source to Pay Process.
• Product Manager/Product Owner experience.
• Experience with contract management tool (Icertis or other).
• Agile delivery method experience.
