Sr Manager Procurement Federal

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Procurement Department's daily activities
• Ensure compliance of purchase order and acquisition processes with applicable regulations
• Negotiate corporate-wide vendor agreements
• Oversee the entire purchasing process from supplier analysis to contract execution
• Implement monitoring protocols for vendor performance evaluations
• Develop and deliver training on procurement compliance and processes
• Cook up coordination of import/export and logistics activities for international programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred
• 10+ years of federal government contracting and procurement experience, including 5 years in management
• Active U.S. security clearance or ability to obtain one
• 5 years of leadership in OCONUS procurement operations
• Strong understanding of FAR and DFARS regulations
