Procurement Sr Manager

For a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space, we are seeking a Procurement Sr Manager to manage sourcing and supplier priorities that improve value, reliability, and operational performance. This role partners with finance, operations, legal, and business stakeholders to negotiate effectively, manage vendors, and support better purchasing decisions. The position offers the opportunity to improve cost discipline, supplier performance, and scalable execution processes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Supervise team employees, manage training, and conduct performance evaluations
• Coordinate daily activities and establish work schedules for the team
• Assist in developing company-wide procurement policies and materials
• Negotiate and maintain contracts for large-scale goods and services
• Lead procurement for new client accounts from pre-award to go-live
• Build strategic relationships with suppliers to drive cost savings
• Communicate sourcing initiatives and performance via structured reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 5+ years in sourcing, procurement, or contract management, ideally in life sciences
• C.P.M., C.P.S.M., or N.A.C.M. certifications preferred
• Proven track record in leading contract transitions and account mobilizations
• Proficient in Smartsheet, Excel, and Power BI for tracking and reporting
• Strong analytical skills for benchmarking spend and presenting insights

Pay

$140,000 – $170,000 annually
