About the role

The Sr. Manager, P&C Business Partner for Studio Marketing is a strategic, forward-looking P&C professional who partners with marketing executives and leaders across Creative Advertising, Strategy, Publicity, Partnerships & Events to shape an exceptional employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Envision and design forward-looking org and talent strategies that anticipate evolving marketing models, audience behaviors, and industry trends.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on organization design, team effectiveness, leadership capability, and change management to enable high-performing marketing organizations.
  • Drive workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, development, performance management, succession planning, and retention strategies tailored to dynamic marketing teams.
  • Support teams responsible for campaign strategy, creative development, and audience engagement by aligning talent strategies with campaign cycles and business priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with PC Centers of Excellence (O&I, OD, T&G, Compensation, TC, People Insights) and cross-segment marketing teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Use workforce analytics and business insights to inform org effectiveness, talent decisions, and resource planning.
  • Champion inclusive talent strategies that reflect diverse audiences and ensure equitable practices across the team.
  • Coach leaders to strengthen clarity, accountability, and effectiveness while navigating change in a high-visibility, high-pressure marketing environment.
  • Create an environment where Disney values come to life, encouraging innovation, collaboration, inclusion, and authenticity across marketing teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in HR, organizational development, training, or talent management.
  • Proven experience as a strategic HR Business Partner supporting complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong ability to translate business priorities into actionable HR strategies.
  • Expertise in organizational design, change management, and large-scale transformation.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders as a trusted advisor.
  • Experience leveraging workforce data and analytics to inform decisions.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting creative, media, entertainment focused organizations.
  • Experience with SAP, Workday, or similar HR systems.
  • Advanced education or certifications in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related disciplines.
