Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and GDPR compliance.
  • Draft and manage employment contracts, amendments, and fixed-term contract renewals.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, exit interviews, and issuing termination notices.
  • Provide guidance on employment law, performance management, disciplinary actions, and severance procedures.
  • Monitor compliance-related deadlines (e.g., work permits, disability status renewals).
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
  • Advise leadership on collective agreements, co-determination, and other legal obligations.
  • Manage restructuring and organisational change initiatives, including consultations and drafting of social plans and reconciliation-of-interest agreements.
  • Monitor and ensure ongoing compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulatory developments.
  • Deliver training or coaching to HR colleagues and business leaders on labour relations matters.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • HR experience within a multinational, matrix organization, ideally with experience of M&A or integration phase businesses.
  • Strong project management, organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High discretion and professionalism in dealing with sensitive HR issues.
  • Strong business level English required.
