Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and GDPR compliance.
- Draft and manage employment contracts, amendments, and fixed-term contract renewals.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, exit interviews, and issuing termination notices.
- Provide guidance on employment law, performance management, disciplinary actions, and severance procedures.
- Monitor compliance-related deadlines (e.g., work permits, disability status renewals).
- Support the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
- Advise leadership on collective agreements, co-determination, and other legal obligations.
- Manage restructuring and organisational change initiatives, including consultations and drafting of social plans and reconciliation-of-interest agreements.
- Monitor and ensure ongoing compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulatory developments.
- Deliver training or coaching to HR colleagues and business leaders on labour relations matters.
Qualifications / Requirements
- HR experience within a multinational, matrix organization, ideally with experience of M&A or integration phase businesses.
- Strong project management, organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- High discretion and professionalism in dealing with sensitive HR issues.
- Strong business level English required.
