Sr Manager of Salesforce Delivery

About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Delivery Leader with strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CI/CD pipelines, Copado, and Git. This role will lead developers, admins, and architects while driving Salesforce roadmap execution, release management, platform stability, and enterprise integrations in a regulated environment.

Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud & Experience Cloud
• Experience with Salesforce CI/CD & Release Management

• Experience with Metadata-Driven Architecture
• Experience with MuleSoft / ServiceNow Integrations
• Preferred: Financial Services domain experience
• Preferred: Okta / Identity Federation knowledge
