The Sr. Manager of Enablement is responsible for building and scaling the learning, development, and quality infrastructure that supports a rapidly growing healthcare organization.

About the role

This leadership role focuses on transforming existing training and quality processes into scalable systems supported by measurable outcomes and data-driven insights. The position involves working closely with operational leaders, product teams, and executives to shape how teams learn, grow, and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

  • Own the design, development, and continuous improvement of learning and quality systems that enable operational excellence.
  • Build scalable programs, establish performance frameworks, and connect employee development initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
  • Create and optimize quality assurance frameworks with clear KPIs, ensuring evaluation processes accurately reflect team performance.
  • Develop feedback loops that transform quality insights into targeted coaching and actionable improvements.
  • Partner with operational leaders to identify skill gaps, training needs, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure training materials and workflows evolve alongside business needs.
  • Build dashboards and reporting systems that provide leadership with visibility into quality, performance, and development trends.
  • Evaluate and implement AI-assisted learning and quality tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Establish scalable processes that support continued growth and expansion.
  • Lead and mentor managers or senior individual contributors while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in enablement, learning and development, quality management, and operational performance within a high-growth environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, quality assurance, workforce performance, or enablement leadership.
  • Proven experience building structured programs, processes, or operational frameworks from the ground up.
  • Experience designing and managing QA programs with measurable KPIs and performance outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect training initiatives with operational improvements and business results.
  • Experience leading managers, senior contributors, or cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build, interpret, and act on performance dashboards.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with limited existing structure.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across teams.
  • Experience with healthcare operations, telehealth, or regulated environments is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, or competency-based development programs is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered learning tools, knowledge systems, Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • Experience scaling teams in high-growth organizations, including support or customer operations environments, is preferred.
