We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "Why Sony Interactive Entertainment?" and then description. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, scam warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. So we need to extract substantive info: The "Why Sony Interactive Entertainment?" paragraph is about company. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content accordingly. We have: - Role Overview: description of Senior Manager, Legal Technology Services. That could be "About the role". - Key Responsibilities: list of responsibilities. - Required Experience And Qualifications: includes required experience and qualifications. - Preferred Qualifications: also qualifications. - Benefits: mention top-tier benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, matching 401(k), paid time off, wellness program, employee discounts for Sony products, also may be eligible for bonus package. - Pay: estimated base pay range $198,600—$297,800 USD. - Schedule: not mentioned. So we should not include Schedule section. - Skills: maybe we can extract from required experience: technical planning, capacity management, stakeholder management, executive communication, etc. Could be a Skills section. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like bullet points. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is "Sr. Manager, Legal Technology Services". Not to be used as heading. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We need to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to cut out the Equal Opportunity Statement, background check notice, Candidate Privacy Notice, etc. Also remove "Click here to learn more." and maybe the line about background checks. Also remove "Please note, Sony Interactive Entertainment conducts background checks..." and "Please refer to our Candidate Privacy Notice...". Also remove "Equal Opportunity Statement:" block. Also remove "We strive to create an inclusive environment..." etc. Also remove "Sony Interactive Entertainment is a Fair Chance employer..." etc. Also remove the line "At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range..." maybe keep as part of Pay? It's about pay determination; could be included in Pay section prose. But we need to keep substantive info: base pay range, factors, hybrid working policy mention. That's substantive. So we can include that in Pay section. Also "In addition, this role is eligible for SIE’s top-tier benefits package..." that's Benefits. Also "This role also may be eligible for a bonus package." Benefits. Also "Click here to learn more." is application instruction? Probably remove. Also "Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location." Keep in Pay. Now we need to structure. We'll have:

    About the role

    ... (role overview paragraph)

    Responsibilities

    • ... each responsibility bullet
We need to break down the responsibilities into list items. The responsibilities are long paragraphs with multiple sentences; we can split into logical items. Responsibilities sections from posting: - Build and Lead Legal Technology Services - Build, coach and develop a team... - Define the function's operating model... - Set team objectives... - Foster a culture... - Lead Technical Delivery and Platform Lifecycle - Provide technical leadership across list of platforms... - Own the technical lifecycle... - Maintain an integrated view... - Translate approved product roadmaps... - Lead complex global implementations... - Oversee integrations, data migration... - Ensure solutions meet enterprise architecture... - Ensure Secure and Reliable Operations - Own the technical health... - Establish production support... - Develop plans for platform resilience... - Partner with DTIS infrastructure... - Partner, Innovate and Influence - Build trusted relationships... - Partner with Legal practice teams... - Provide technical evaluation and enablement for approved uses of artificial intelligence... We need to capture each bullet as
  • . Could combine sub-bullets into one
  • each. We'll need to preserve all details; not summarizing away. So each
  • should contain the full sentence(s) as in original. We'll need to be careful not to lose details. Now Requirements: The posting has "Required Experience And Qualifications". We'll split into Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction says we can have Requirements and Qualifications sections. We'll need to decide what goes where. Required Experience And Qualifications list: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. - 10+ years of experience in legal technology, enterprise applications, technology consulting or a related field, including significant experience delivering legal technology solutions in complex organizations. - 5+ years of experience leading technical teams, with direct people-management responsibility and accountability for both solution delivery and production services. - Demonstrated experience across several areas of the enterprise legal technology landscape. - Proven success leading large-scale, global technology implementations across architecture, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment and stabilization in a matrixed enterprise. - Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, SaaS and cloud technologies, APIs and integrations, identity and access management, data management, information security and service management. - Strong technical planning, capacity management, stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to build cross-functional partnerships and influence without direct authority. These could be considered Requirements. Preferred Qualifications list: - Experience within a global corporate legal department, legal operations organization, legal technology company or consulting organization with significant enterprise legal technology responsibility. - Experience modernizing fragmented or decentralized legal technology environments and establishing service management disciplines, service-level agreements, operational KPIs and governance. - Experience with legal data architecture, analytics, workflow automation, enterprise integrations and AI and generative AI solutions. - Professional involvement in relevant industry associations, such as the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium (CLOC) or Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC), or relevant certifications in legal operations, legal innovation or legal technology. These could be Qualifications. Skills: maybe we can extract from required experience: technical planning, capacity management, stakeholder management, executive communication, ability to build cross-functional partnerships and influence without direct authority. Also strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, SaaS, cloud, APIs, IAM, data management, info sec, service management. Could be a Skills section. But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps we can combine Skills into Requirements or Qualifications. However instruction says we can include Skills section if posting has real specific content. The posting does mention skills explicitly: "Strong technical planning, capacity management, stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to build cross-functional partnerships and influence without direct authority." Also "Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, SaaS and cloud technologies, APIs and integrations, identity and access management, data management, information security and service management." Those are skills/knowledge. Could be a Skills section. We'll decide to include Skills section with those items. Benefits: we have medical, dental, vision, matching 401(k), paid time off, wellness program, employee discounts for Sony products, bonus package eligibility. Pay: base pay range $198,600—$297,800 USD, plus note about factors. Schedule: not present, omit. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce something like:
