Sr Manager, Learning Operations

About the role

The Senior Manager, Learning Operations leads the program operations function and team in DaVita University's Learning Center of Excellence (CoE). The Sr Manager leads team functions and is accountable for efficient and effective implementation, delivery, and innovation of program operations to advance the Village Learning strategy. They develop and own partnerships with business lanes and collaboratively manages stakeholder relationships across multiple business lanes and schools. The Sr Manager is responsible for managing performance and developing direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Learning Operations function, strategic direction, and technical innovations to ensure logistics planning and execution for learning programs are advancing Village learning strategy.
• Partner with business lanes, program owners, and key stakeholders to ensure program experiences and learning operations are driving capability and business outcomes.
• Oversee capacity and performance of Learning Operations team resources to fulfill logistical and communication needs for program delivery.
• Ensure logistical quality, standards, and innovation of in-person, virtual programs, digital assets, and LMS/LXP administration for programming.
• Own centralized standards, processes, and templates for master delivery calendar, communications, venue contracting, and budgeting for learning operations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience leading program operations or learning operations functions.
• Experience managing and developing direct reports.
• Proven ability to develop and own partnerships with business stakeholders.
• Experience with logistical planning for in-person and virtual learning programs.
• Familiarity with LMS/LXP administration.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $98,000.00 - $155,000.00/year, with location-specific minimum wage requirements as applicable. Compensation depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
