Sr Manager-Learning & Development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Six years of experience designing and implementing learning and development programs
• Experience utilizing an LMS required; experience implementing or upgrading an LMS preferred
• Experience managing learning professionals required
• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) preferred credential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
• Able to evaluate and research training options and alternatives
• Able to design and implement effective learning and development
• Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects

$110,000 - 150,000 per year
