The Opportunity

Smurfit Westrock is seeking a dynamic, innovative, and results-driven Learning Manager to lead the development of their Commercial Academy and collaborate with division HR, Talent & L&D to deliver and implement these tools for business results.

• Lead the creation of common and core Commercial Curriculum and support divisions with employee learning solutions for orientation, onboarding, and career development.
• Support and enable L&D resources to implement and deliver common content across divisions.
• Champion communication of L&D programming and develop tools to ensure adoption within divisions.

What You Need to Succeed

• Preferred 5-7 years in Learning & Development within commercial spaces.
• Experience with commercial business drivers and performance analysis.
• Project management, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven with the capability to consult with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Availability to travel approximately 40%.
