Sr. Manager, International Programs

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Manager, International Programs to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will own the delivery of complex international programs from kickoff through operational support, ensuring commitments are translated into clear plans and executed effectively. You will partner closely with customers and internal teams across functions to manage scope, schedule, budget, and technical risk in a multi-country environment. The position also plays an important role in supporting business development readiness, maintaining strong stakeholder alignment, and providing clear visibility into program health for senior leadership. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $130,000 – $165,000 annually Responsibilities Own and drive the full lifecycle of international programs from kickoff to operational support. Translate signed contracts into executable program plans and drive follow-through. Manage scope, schedule, budget, and technical risk across diverse programs. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building direct relationships with stakeholders. Drive alignment across internal teams and resolve blockers to maintain momentum. Support business development by validating proof of concept scope and ensuring readiness before commitments. Report program health and risks to senior leadership regularly. Qualifications 8+ years of hands-on program or project management experience with large-scale customers in demanding environments. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs across countries and time zones. Strong cross-functional influence skills with experience working across diverse teams. Direct experience navigating international procurement, contracting, and compliance processes. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
