Sr. Manager, International Government Programs

Responsibilities

• Deliver programs on time and within scope, ensuring stakeholders have clear expectations and no surprises
• Build trust with government stakeholders and serve as their primary point of contact for solutions
• Facilitate support from internal teams by providing clear requirements and timelines
• Manage multiple programs concurrently across different countries and regulatory frameworks
• Drive pre-sale engagements by validating scope and ensuring thorough technical analysis
• Proactively identify risks and recommend mitigations before issues escalate
• Improve operational excellence by challenging teams to strengthen scoping and planning

Qualifications

• 8+ years of direct program or project management experience with international government customers
• Experience working with national meteorological agencies, defense ministries, or civil aviation authorities outside the U.S.
• Proven track record of delivering programs end-to-end in low-support environments
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs across various countries and regulatory frameworks
• Strong cross-functional influence skills with a history of aligning diverse teams effectively
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Willingness to travel internationally as required

Pay

$130,000 – $165,000 annually
