Responsibilities

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading complex business and technology initiatives.
- Proven experience managing programs across multiple business units and technology teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead intake, planning, execution, and deployment activities at enterprise scale.
- Excellent communication, leadership, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Agile, product delivery, and enterprise governance practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Agile, or equivalent certifications preferred.

Pay
Summary Pay Range $172,630.00 - $258,950.00. Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance, and experience.
Schedule
This position requires working onsite five days a week.
Relocation is available for this position. Visa Sponsorship is not available for this position.
