Sr Manager Information Technology
About the Role
The Senior Manager, Information Technology provides strategic leadership and operational oversight across designated IT domains. This role ensures delivery of technology solutions, governance, and continuous improvement aligned with organizational objectives. Responsibilities include managing teams, budgets, and vendor relationships while maintaining compliance with regulatory and security standards, shaping enterprise-wide IT strategies, setting strategic standards, and championing innovation to enable scalable growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead designated IT teams to deliver enterprise technology solutions
- Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and governance frameworks
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for assigned domains
- Drive and monitor compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, FERPA)
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of best practices (ITIL, Agile, DevOps)
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships and provide executive-level reporting
- Oversee vendor management and contract negotiations
- Drive opportunities for automation, standardization, and process enhancements
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within IT
- Develop strong relationships with leaders across the organization, building a clear understanding of where IT can provide strategic impact
- Establish and maintain a high-performance team of professional, motivated, and engaged staff utilizing effective training, performance management, and career-development activities
- Recognize and reward employee contributions and achievements

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (required)
- Master’s degree (preferred)
- Minimum of eight (8) years of IT leadership experience (required)

Work Environment
Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment when on-site at assigned company location. This position is designated as remote, with employees required to meet minimum technical standards for eligibility and participation. Overnight and/or local travel required (up to 15%).
Pay
$108,000 - $142,000
