Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading complex business and technology initiatives.
• Proven experience managing programs across multiple business units and technology teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead intake, planning, execution, and deployment activities at enterprise scale.
• Excellent communication, leadership, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Agile, product delivery, and enterprise governance practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Agile, or equivalent certifications preferred.

Additional Information

The ideal location for this role is East Peoria, IL or Irving, TX. This position requires working onsite five days a week. Relocation is available for this position. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Pay

Pay Range: $172,630.00 - $258,950.00
