About the role

The Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing will lead the strategic direction and execution of marketing initiatives aimed at driving growth across the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives
• Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact
• Manage and optimize marketing campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Strengthen brand identity and messaging through consistent and compelling content creation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
• Proven track record of successful campaign execution and results
• Experience with AI tools and technologies in marketing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
