We need to ensure we don't duplicate. We'll combine all into a single
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the posting. Job title is given but we must not repeat as heading. We need sections: - About the role: likely description of purpose and overview. The posting includes "Purpose: This role is the operational backbone...". Also description of Kate Spade brand at top. Could be "About the role" includes purpose and maybe overview. - Responsibilities: list of duties. The posting includes many bullet-like paragraphs under "Key Responsibilities" with subheadings Communications, Operationally Driven, Calendar, Cross-Functional Partnership, VM Leadership. We need to extract responsibilities as list items. - Requirements / Qualifications / Skills: The posting includes "Our Competencies for All Employees" and "Our Competencies for All People Managers". Those could be considered skills/competencies. Also maybe "Role Logistics" includes hybrid role, travel etc. Could be considered requirements. - Benefits: The posting includes "Here are some of the benefits that we offer: Medical insurance, Dental insurance, Vision insurance, 401 (K), Paid Paternity and Maternity leave, Commuter Benefits, Disability insurance and Tuition assistance." - Pay: "Visit Tapestry, Inc. Base Pay Range $90,000.00-$113,200.00" - Schedule: "Target cadence: Hybrid role, NYC based. Tuesday-Thursday in office. Occasional weekends as needed for special projects.5% travel for monthly directive store walkthroughs, activations, installations, new store openings, and remodels Manage personal travel budget monthly, proactively flagging any budget concerns." We need to ensure we only include sections with real content. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. The posting includes EEO statement at end: "Kate Spade. is an equal opportunity...". Must remove. Also remove "Visit Our People page..." etc. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract content. First, brand description: "Since its launch in 1993 with a collection of six essential handbags, Kate Spade New York has always been colorful, bold, and optimistic. Today, it is a global lifestyle brand that designs extraordinary things for the everyday, delivering seasonal collections of handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, home décor, and more. Kate Spade New York is part of the Tapestry portfolio – a global house of brands committed to stretching what’s possible. A member of the Tapestry family, we are part of a global house of brands that has unwavering optimism and is committed to being innovative and wholly inclusive." That's about the company, could be part of "About the role" or maybe separate "About the company". But we only have headings list; we could put under "About the role" a brief overview. Purpose: "This role is the operational backbone to Kate Spade’s Global Visual Experience team by managing communications, calendars, and fixture production. They are solution oriented, reviewing opportunities and collaborating closely between GVE and Global/ NA RVM teams to understand issues at play. They lead best in class visual merchandising communication and a key role with the creation of global guidelines." That's a lot; could be part of responsibilities. But we need to separate sections. We need to format as prose
. Now About the role: combine brand description and purpose? Might be too much but okay. We could put brand description under About the role as overview, then purpose as part of responsibilities? But we already have responsibilities covering many purpose items. Maybe
