Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and maintenance of the integrated view of EnFin business performance, consolidating key metrics across volume, pipeline, payouts, P&L, unit economics, cash flow, and risk.
  • Act as a key contributor to the business performance “control tower”, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and timely visibility across financial, operational, and commercial functions.
  • Drive execution of cross-functional planning and operating cadence, including preparation and coordination of weekly and monthly reviews.
  • Partner closely with Qcells stakeholders to collect input, align assumptions, and ensure accurate reflection of business performance.
  • Develop and deliver structured analyses and insights to support leadership decision making, translating data into clear findings and implications.
  • Perform variance analysis and performance tracking, identifying key drivers, and supporting the development of corrective actions.
  • Prepare HQ reporting materials and business updates, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with leadership expectations.
  • Support the planning team lead in coordinating cross-functional initiatives and follow-ups, ensuring timely execution and accountability.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any quantitative field (e.g., business, finance, economics, engineering, statistics, mathematics) with a minimum of 8+ years of professional work experience including 5+ years of experience in business planning, strategic finance, or operational finance.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Prominent ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet critical deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent analytical skills and relentless attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethics and ability to research, identify, and troubleshoot problems independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to adapt and work well in a fast-paced work environment as well as accept and learn from feedback quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in residential solar, energy, or solar financing (e.g., TPO/PPA structures).
  • Understanding consumer financing products (e.g., solar loans, leases, TPO) and/or solar PV systems.
  • Fluency in both Korean and English, with the ability to support bilingual reporting and communication across HQ and local teams.
