Responsibilities
- Build the company’s channel and services partner program from the ground up
- Identify, recruit, and manage high-value partners in various ecosystems
- Develop and operationalize a clear partner strategy
- Create a robust pipeline of partner opportunities contributing to revenue goals
- Activate and leverage an existing network of relevant partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define support structures for partners
- Track partner performance and establish a disciplined operating cadence
Qualifications
- 5+ years in partnerships, alliances, or ecosystem roles in B2B SaaS or security sectors
- Strong existing relationships in security, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and tooling ecosystems
- Experience in building or scaling a partner program in a high-growth environment
- Knowledge of reseller, referral, and implementation/service partner models
- Strong understanding of how partnerships influence revenue and customer expansion
- Excellent communication skills for internal and external trust-building
