Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred / Electrical)
- MBA / PGDM in sales / marketing / business management - Preferred
- Experience & Competencies: 5 years of relevant experience. HVAC projects experience desirable.
- Exposure to working with consultants, architects, PMC, developers, contractors, or design ecosystem stakeholders
- Experience in handling regional / territory-level market development preferred
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- A very hands on employee with willingness and ability to build relationships & influence
- Has a consultative approach while providing best solutions to key stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, assertive by conviction and collaborative by nature
- Resilient & persistent to ensure long term relationship building
- Strong Digital & commercial acumen, analytical ability and use of data to provide key business insights
- High level of market curiosity & learning agility
- Strong ownership on execution with focus on result orientation
- Comfortable with field travel & frequent customer & internal interactions
