Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred / Electrical)
  • MBA / PGDM in sales / marketing / business management - Preferred
  • Experience & Competencies: 5 years of relevant experience. HVAC projects experience desirable.
  • Exposure to working with consultants, architects, PMC, developers, contractors, or design ecosystem stakeholders
  • Experience in handling regional / territory-level market development preferred
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • A very hands on employee with willingness and ability to build relationships & influence
  • Has a consultative approach while providing best solutions to key stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, assertive by conviction and collaborative by nature
  • Resilient & persistent to ensure long term relationship building
  • Strong Digital & commercial acumen, analytical ability and use of data to provide key business insights
  • High level of market curiosity & learning agility
  • Strong ownership on execution with focus on result orientation
  • Comfortable with field travel & frequent customer & internal interactions
