Sr. Manager, AI Software Engineering

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead and develop AI engineering teams
• Execute strategic AI initiatives across the organization
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on technical plans
• Establish effective engineering management practices
• Mentor and foster a culture of accountability and innovation
• Define best practices for AI system development
• Support scalable architecture decisions for AI systems

Requirements

• 8+ years in software or ML engineering
• 3+ years leading engineering teams
• Proven experience delivering production-grade software at scale
• Strong technical skills in distributed systems and cloud-native services
• Experience with AI/ML systems lifecycle management
• Familiarity with MLOps practices
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders

Pay

$200,000 – $275,000 annually
