Sr. Manager, AI Platform Enablement (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI Platform Enablement function, managing roadmap and operational strategies
• Define strategy for a governed AI platform, ensuring security and usability
• Collaborate with various departments to maintain platform security and scalability
• Drive enablement through training and resources for internal teams
• Develop mechanisms for teams to quickly turn ideas into working solutions
• Establish success metrics for platform adoption and user experience
• Grow a high-performing team and align technical direction with business outcomes

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading technical programs or platforms, with significant people leadership experience
• Experience managing teams in a complex enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of AI platform enablement and secure operating models
• Familiarity with cloud developer workspaces, API gateways, and CI/CD
• Proven ability in platform strategy, adoption, and change management
• Experience partnering with security and compliance teams on high-governance initiatives
• Exceptional communication and executive presence
