AI Operations Manager (Remote)

It provides AI-native security solutions at scale, processing trillions of events daily to support customers across various industries in maintaining business continuity and safety. The AI OPERATIONS MANAGER is responsible for establishing and scaling the operating model for the Enterprise AI team. This role ensures the effective implementation of AI-native processes, operational visibility, and governance mechanisms that translate AI strategy into execution. It plays a key role in connecting strategy, systems, data, and stakeholders to enable informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-native operating processes using automation and AI-enabled workflows.
• Manage operational and program reporting across multiple systems and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain the Enterprise AI knowledge base for reliable access to operational information.
• Facilitate stakeholder forums with executive-level content to communicate strategy and progress.
• Administer the Enterprise AI intake process and coordinate approval decisions.
• Oversee the AI asset registry ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Continuously improve the operating model by identifying friction points and clarifying ownership.

Requirements

• 7+ years in program management or operations with experience improving processes in technology, product, or AI environments.
• Ability to integrate people, processes, tools, and data into scalable operating mechanisms.
• Skill in creating clear executive-level narratives from complex operational information.
• Strong communication skills to align stakeholders and drive execution without relying on formal authority.
• Working knowledge of Generative AI, AI platforms, and enterprise AI use cases.
• Detail-oriented with sound judgment and a continuous improvement mindset in a fast-evolving environment.
