Sr. Litigation Paralegal

About the role

A growing, technology-forward plaintiff personal injury law firm is seeking a Senior Personal Injury Paralegal / Case Assistant to directly support a successful trial attorney handling a diverse caseload ranging from automobile accidents to complex, high-value injury claims.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from intake through resolution
• Assist with litigation matters including discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
• Maintain exceptional client communication
• Prepare demand packages
• Organize medical records and evidence
• Track treatment and damages
• Proactively move cases forward

Qualifications

• 5+ years of personal injury experience, including substantial exposure to both pre-litigation and litigation matters
• Strong case management skills
• Experience supporting litigators and trial attorneys
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal technology platforms
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload without sacrificing quality or responsiveness
• Proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented professional who takes ownership of files
• Communicates effectively with clients and colleagues
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment where innovation, accountability, and teamwork are highly valued
