About the role
Premier law firm midtown seeks experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal/Case Manager to assist with heavy caseload.
Responsibilities
- Assist with heavy caseload
- Manage multiple matters simultaneously
- Prepare briefs, complaints, depositions, hearings, trials
- Experience with Federal District Courts and Multidistrict Litigation (MDL)
- Hands-on experience with large-scale discovery management, PACER filing/e-filing
- Advanced Bluebooking and cite-checking skills
- Legal research experience using Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, Bloomberg Law, AlphaSense
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5–12 years of Litigation Paralegal experience
- Strong experience in Federal District Courts
- Experience with Multidistrict Litigation (MDL)
- Hands-on experience with large-scale discovery management
