What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and deliver innovative learning programs that support business objectives, employee development, and organizational growth.
- Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs, address performance gaps, and implement effective learning solutions.
- Create engaging instructor-led, virtual, hybrid, and e-learning training programs for employees at all levels of the organization.
- Develop onboarding, leadership development, compliance, and professional skills training programs that enhance employee performance and career growth.
- Administer and optimize the Workday Learning Management System (LMS), including course management, reporting, learning paths, and user support.
- Build interactive learning content using modern instructional design techniques, multimedia, assessments, and learner engagement tools.
- Measure training effectiveness through evaluations, reporting, and performance metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead learning and development projects from concept through implementation, managing timelines, stakeholder communication, and successful execution.
- Provide coaching and support to internal trainers, managers, and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
Your Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in learning and development, instructional design, human resources, organizational development, education, business, or a related field required.
- 5-7 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or organizational development is required.
- Advanced degree or professional certification in learning and development, instructional design, talent development, coaching, HR, or project management preferred.
- Experience administering and optimizing Learning Management Systems (Workday preferred), including course management, reporting, learning paths, and user support.
- Proven experience designing and delivering impactful learning and development programs using adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
- Strong ability to partner with business leaders to identify performance gaps and develop effective, results-driven learning solutions.
- Experience creating engaging training content, including instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning programs using tools such as Articulate and Camtasia.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple learning projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, meeting deadlines, and driving initiatives from concept to implementation.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, coaching, and communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills with experience measuring learning effectiveness, interpreting data, and continuously improving training programs based on results and feedback.
