About the role

The Senior Lead Business Transformation plays a critical role executing enterprise level, multi-year programs with complex and deep impact in support of our Mission to Lead in Lifetime Income, Delight Our Clients, and Strengthen How We Operate.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

  • Provides subject matter expertise.
  • Ensures successful delivery of workstream efforts through day-to-day execution activities including establishing program level plans, monitoring progress and performance against plan.
  • Analyzes data and provides insights.
  • Communicates with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Supports the change management efforts by identifying potential obstacles and risks, and working with others to develop and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Identifies opportunity for innovation and growth within the company.

Skills

  • 5+ years of process improvement, operations, or consulting experience
  • Strong knowledge of TIAA products, services and systems
  • Experience with MS Office products - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Experience leveraging data, monitoring metrics, sharing results with leadership
  • Experience operating as liaison between technology and business, and provide subject matter expertise

Preferred Skills

  • Retirement & Retail financial services experience
  • Strong experience supporting strategic and transformational continuous improvement projects/programs
  • Knowledge of and familiarity of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), including Confluence, Jira Align, Sharepoint
  • Experience presenting and taking direction from executive leadership

Pay

Base Pay Range: $143,000/yr - $157,000/yr
