About the role
The Senior Lead Business Transformation plays a critical role executing enterprise level, multi-year programs with complex and deep impact in support of our Mission to Lead in Lifetime Income, Delight Our Clients, and Strengthen How We Operate.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Provides subject matter expertise.
- Ensures successful delivery of workstream efforts through day-to-day execution activities including establishing program level plans, monitoring progress and performance against plan.
- Analyzes data and provides insights.
- Communicates with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Supports the change management efforts by identifying potential obstacles and risks, and working with others to develop and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Identifies opportunity for innovation and growth within the company.

Skills
- 5+ years of process improvement, operations, or consulting experience
- Strong knowledge of TIAA products, services and systems
- Experience with MS Office products - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Experience leveraging data, monitoring metrics, sharing results with leadership
- Experience operating as liaison between technology and business, and provide subject matter expertise
Preferred Skills
- Retirement & Retail financial services experience
- Strong experience supporting strategic and transformational continuous improvement projects/programs
- Knowledge of and familiarity of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), including Confluence, Jira Align, Sharepoint
- Experience presenting and taking direction from executive leadership

Base Pay Range: $143,000/yr - $157,000/yr
