This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Transformation Leader based in the United States. This is a high-impact, enterprise transformation role focused on reshaping how a global industrial business prioritizes growth, simplifies operations, and drives profitability.
Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-wide transformation efforts by embedding 80/20 principles into strategy, governance, and daily decision-making across the organization.
Define and lead the 80/20 strategy across product, customer, and operational dimensions, including segmentation frameworks and governance models.
Drive portfolio simplification by partnering with Product teams to rationalize SKUs, consolidate platforms, and enforce lifecycle discipline.
Develop customer segmentation strategies and collaborate with Sales to prioritize high-value accounts and improve commercial effectiveness.
Partner with Operations and Engineering to reduce manufacturing complexity, standardize processes, and improve throughput and efficiency.
Reallocate resources across engineering, capital, and talent toward high-value initiatives while eliminating low-impact work.
Build organizational capability by training leaders, developing toolkits, and embedding lean and continuous improvement practices.
Requirements
A seasoned transformation leader with deep experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, strong analytical capability, and a proven ability to drive enterprise-wide change.
Highly comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and translating complex data into clear business decisions.
Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial organizations.
5+ years of experience leading enterprise 80/20, Lean, or large-scale business transformation initiatives.
Strong background in portfolio management, supply chain, pricing, operations, and business analytics.
Proven ability to drive complexity reduction, margin expansion, and operational simplification at scale.
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Operations, and Engineering teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with executive-level influence.
