Sr. Java Engineer

About the role

The Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions using Java. They will also be involved in the development of cryptographic security solutions within the Mastercard Crypto Security POD.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop secure cryptographic solutions using Java
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of software engineering practices
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience with Java and other relevant programming languages
• Strong understanding of cryptography and security principles
• Experience with cloud-native application development
