Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Offshore team.
• Focus on preventing failures through Automated monitoring and alerts.
• Communicate the status of critical incidents and resolution timelines to customers.
• Identify Business opportunities and suggest solutions.
• Document complex fixes and maintain a centralized knowledge base.
• Manage Application Outages, Automation & Ticket elimination Strategy.

• BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE

Pay

Base Salary Range : $85,000 to $100,000 Per Annum
