Sr. Java Engineer

About the role

Principal Java Developer with deep expertise in Java API and AWS cloud infrastructure. Demonstrated API design and implementation, advanced database skills, and experience across CI/CD pipelines and production monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RESTful APIs using Spring / Spring Boot
• Implement backend services with a focus on scalability and performance
• Work with advanced database technologies including Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and normalization
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using EKS, Docker, Jenkins, GitHub, Udeploy, Artifactory, Terraform, and Stash
• Monitor production systems using Datadog and Splunk
• Utilize AI/ML tools like Github Copilot and Claude to accelerate the development lifecycle

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience as a Senior Java Engineer
• Expertise in Java API development and AWS cloud infrastructure

Nice to Have

• Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or similar)
• Experience with conversational AI platforms
