Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Smarsh's global data center operations
• Oversight of IT infrastructure, including hardware and software maintenance
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and processes
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in data center management or IT infrastructure
• Experience with cloud computing platforms and virtualization technologies
• Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and ISO 27001 compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines
• Experience with data center security protocols and risk management
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR and HIPAA
• Fluency in English

Skills

• Technical proficiency in network management tools and systems
• Experience with server and storage management
• Knowledge of virtualization and cloud computing
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
