Responsibilities
- Manage and analyze large datasets using Smarsh’s proprietary software tools.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in data management or a similar field.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
