Sr. IT Warehouse Technician

This position maintains and supports computer systems and networks in a 3PL packaging and fulfillment warehouse, ensuring highest functionality. The role requires knowledge of warehouse processes, computer software/hardware, RF equipment, and internet applications, with a focus on troubleshooting and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain local networks to optimize performance
• Perform system troubleshooting and analysis of warehouse operational equipment and systems
• Develop strategies for short- and long-term goals to meet or exceed warehouse operations expectations
• Support PowerShell scripting and automation
• Own the relationship between technical operations and production operations
• Package software installations for multiple computers simultaneously
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
• Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems
• Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers, etc.)
• Check computer hardware (HDD, mice, keyboards, etc.) to ensure functionality
• Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
• Provide orientation and guidance to users on new software and computer equipment
• Maintain records/logs of repairs, fixes, and maintenance schedules
• Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders
• Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices; report noncompliance
• Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement

Pay

Attractive annual salary of $65,000–$68,000 plus a performance-based bonus.

Schedule

Day shift with up to 25% travel.
